J ai perdu thierry dès le départ car je ne l'ai pas retrouvé. J'ai donc courru avec un collègue de boulot qui c'était donné 4h20. Je pensai mettre à peu près 4h30 mais au 21ème km (1h48), en forme, j'ai décidé d'accélérer un peu et je suis arrivé en 3h58 avec une grosse crampe aux cuisses au 42ème km. Arrêt obligatoire, les jambes ne voulaient plus rien savoir; ... On refait le tri ! Le parcours était comme d'habitude très beau et très difficile. Merci à Patrick d'avoir voulu et d'avoir su gérer les allures de fabienne et JY Louison jusqu'au bout. Pour ma part, j'avais le saucona tri ce dimanche avec CAP 9kms (350 de dénivelé+), 21kms vtt (470kms +) et canoé-kayak 5kms (avec aucun dénivelé...... ) Nous étions en équipe de 2 avec un total de 330 équipes et nous finissons 66ème. Après un excellent démarrage en CAP nous posons les chausures de trail pour attaquer le vtt, à ce moment là nous étions dans les 20 premiers mais rapidement j'ai eu un gros coup de fatigue ... Nous étions 131 à prendre le départ sous un soleil de plomb. J’enfile ma combinaison à quelques minutes du départ et là grosse galère, la fermeture éclair me reste dans les mains, je vais devoir nager en tri-fonction. C’est donc un peu énervé et paniqué que je prend le départ pour une première boucle de 700m suivi d’une sortie à l’australienne ou on doit sauter d’un ponton pour commencer le second ... Du coup un vrai régal. Vélo : je sors 4'30 derrière Arnaud d'après ce qu'on me dit donc je m'emploie rapidement à lui rouler après. Je ne le rattrape qu'au 15ème km ...il roule de mieux en mieux. L'aller retour sur la digue des parcs à huitre à été facile à l'aller et beaucoup plus compliquée au retour ! C'est une tactique de course inhabituelle en CAP pour nous Foreziens : dans les longues lignes droites contre le vent, il faut privilégier la course en paquet et ne pas s'entêter seul, quitte à courir en dessous de ses capacités pendant un moment. faut juste attendre que la route tourne pour remmettre du gaz !
